Kirsty Hamilton

Kirsty Hamilton has 26 years’ experience in international climate and energy policy and for 13 years has led work on conditions to attract capital to renewables/low carbon energy, working with senior energy finance practitioners. Throughout UK’s EMR process she was Policy Head of the Low Carbon Finance Group a first-of-kind, financier-led group of senior practitioners established in 2010 to factually assist policymakers’ understanding of investment conditions.

In her consultant capacity, she was recently a Specialist Advisor to the Parliamentary Inquiry into Investor Confidence.

She has held several invited international roles including World Economic Forum and contributing author to the IPCC.
